hi,

actually mine isn´t barking very much, he only howls when he hears some unusual sounds like cellphone or piano music :)

it´s quite normal for dog to bark for example when somebody comes. however, the dog shouldn´t get any reward if he barks only to get the attention. so if your puppy is barking very much, give him/her something good when he is silent ja name this behaviour with some word. when the puppy barks do not pay any attention or just leave the puppy alone.
