@boulaajaj Basically, as you stare at the inverted-color picture, your brain starts to subtract that from what you are seeing; it gets used to it. Then, when the image flips, your brain is still subtracting the inverted-color image from the gray-scale one, so you see the opposite colors until your brain re-adjusts.

If you watch it from the beginning and focuses on the X ( if you can manage, duh) then when the pic changes it will still have some colours, until you focuses on another spot in the picture. Then you see that its actually black and white. Was acutally a bit amazed myself. Guess there is something tricking you eye. But why such a stupid pic!? jeez..
