I completely agree, the low cost methods result in getting what you pay for. You pay nothing, and you're left doing the work. If you pay for data already found, and you pay to have them contacted with a direct mail company, you spend more time on the phone, and you get better at that that talking on the phone closing deals because you spend so much time doing it and less time doing other tasks and switching between tasks.
