1979 the year Bruce Johnston returned to the Beach Boys. After leaving the band earlier in the 70's. Good to see him playing guitar. He can play anything!!!

@arvelaizto Nope, that's Brian.  I read in a website that Dennis got fired from a dispute in the studio, but he came back sometime that year or 1980.

The only clip I've ever seen with Bruce playing the guitar.

I lucked into sitting next to Bruce and the rest of the current touring BB's last year on a flight from Phoenix to Dallas.  Among other things I asked him about this particular clip. He said he didn't remember it but that if he had a guitar he was holding it not really playing 'cause he doesn't play guitar just bass. I told him he was doing a good job a faking it and he just laughed. Really nice guy, we had a nice conversation throughout the flight.
