Deep water drilling is risky and offshore drilling (i.e. around 20 miles out where water is usually a few hundred feet deep instead of 50 miles out where water is a mile deep or more) is immensely safer as well as land drilling in places like Alaska and the Rocky Mountains where new steam methods have been discovered. I think this shows the ignorance of those that just hate her with no idea why other than they are told to.

@phantomspellchecker BP is to blame for the incident's reaction but those drilling are the one's truly responsible for their actions while doing the physical work of drilling. Sarah's response is correct. We have an energy shortage because environmentalists and the crazy EPA have made it extremely hard to efficiently siphon oil and nuclear energy. It's more about politics than the environment. US nuclear plants are notorious for increasing the safe habitat of fish around it's locations.
