I re installed one of his victims weeks before this episode was broadcast, so I rang the customers whilst the program was on to ask if the man on the program was the one who 'did' them because they had exactly the same trick as this played on them. When I eventually got through (their line was engaged due to all their friends ringing to tell them to put the telly on) & yes he was the rogue who twisted the old & new coax together & hid it under a roof tile quality!
