I'm still working on my discipline in consistent meditation. I understand why so many people comment with negativity. Consciousness, Awareness, truely knowing the spirit, is very difficult to achieve because you have to learn how to not lie to yourself to see lies embedded in the truth. We can choose to identify ourselves with our ideas, opinions, and judgments - and experience happiness when our beliefs match our environment.

Or we can see beyond our mind and realize that we are the Consciousness - which is unconditional Love, peace and bliss. Then we choose to BE happiness that is unconditioned by the environment.

Our natural state is the Consciousness that is beyond the mind.

No I don't.  I realize that we all create our own reality from the inside out.

Our thoughts create our perception of the world. The world is neutral - one Source manifesting in an infinite number of ways; yet the Source is unaffected. When we see God in all things. Then there is no self and other, no good and bad. Only One God/Life/Self.

If others speak harshly, I feel compassion for them. I see that they suffer inside. Their words are expressions of their pain.

Our words can also be expressions of the unbounded love that we feel inside ourselves. That is why my voice has a blissful (or "orgasmic" :o) quality to it. I feel bliss and peace and love within. So that is what I share through my speech and energy.

We all have this choice. We are all creators. The more we "wake up", the less the unconsciousness of our ego will influence our expression.

Meditation on the Heart is an amazing practice to awaken the Higher Self Consciousness within.
