Normal landing 'to. Planes approaching Daniel Z. Romualdez have to go south as far as Palo, Leyte and make a u-turn to safely land at the airport. And as far I know, this is Sandy Beach...right? Or Baluarte? Sahara Beach maybe? =)

Crazy Landing that was Normal There was just a Wind Problem Or Wind Meter it was over Powerful as you can see the Elevator Trims are Halfly Down the Outboard Flaps are down So its just going to land.Of course!!Is it your 1st time PAL Is Better Than CEBU Pacific

hmmm.. i dont think they have 2 perform a crosswind dahil ndi naman ganun kalakas ang hangin d2 nd ndi naman ganun ka lapad ang runway.. but romualdez approach is kinda scary, if ur gunnin touchdown 2wards the south dahil dagat muna prior 2 d start of d runway, and f ur lookin out from d east wing, parang dagat ang kababagsakan nio,.. but d last tym i went 2 tacloban, planes were landing in northwards, so they hafta pass-by the airport itself, and d turn... was pretty interesting..

sure it was a normal ewan ko kay kamukhako bakit sabi nya crosswind eh hindi nga nya kinuha yung pag touchdown kasi dun lang naman taklaga nalalaman kung crosswind sya or yung mga 5 feet before touchdown :) anyways sayang di pinakita yung touchdown :(

once ako sumakay nito with my family pauwi ng tacloban!!grabe yung landing namin parang bako bako yung daan naramdaman talga ng sakay ng airline na tumalbog kami!pero xcyting sya kasi nag sigawan lahat eh..hehehehe..tapos sobrang iksi pa ng runway ng airport dito kaya tudo preno ang airplane pag ka baba...hahaha,di na kmi sumakay pAL na lage pag umuuwi kami yearly!!

No actually Tacloban Airport is like the Kai Tak Airport of the Philippines it must perform crosswind landing also like in Kai Tak.

huh? perform baka you mean deal with Crosswind landing pero parang normal sya ah ang HKG before the pilot has to turn something mga 20 degrees turn to avoid ground collision and regarding crosswind have you seen the plane's nose moved either sa left or right?
