I went to see him at Leeds O2Fest i could not wait but man he was shit i walked out, now i've seen him alot Product Placment, Entroducing and Private Press Tours I was so pissed off it took about a week to get over it. He is the best, lets hope he finds his roots again

couldnt agree more. dont know why he had to start experimenting with all that "hyph" shit. we all expectied him to do sumthin different (as he always does), but HYPH!!! it's just another fake ass branch of hiphop that's completely forgotten about its roots. the bizarre thing is, he regards it as his best work yet!

its either you're a fan of him or the album. he aint gonna be doin the same shit he did back in 96 er wutever. the only difference is that his music matured more.

you've pretty much quoted the man himself. the best artists re-invent themselves for every album and continuously improve. shadow may have re-invented himself for that album, but he has in no way improved (although he is back to his best now). i dont think anyone was expecting the album to be another Entroducing, but no-one was expecting - or wanting - that load of crunk/hyph shite that is The Outsider. theres a coule of rock/blues tracks that are allright, the rest is absolute shite!
