This was filmed on the date listed in the description, August 28th 2008, just before Ramadan. (Jerusalem Day was on May 22nd in 2008). I was staying at the Austrian Hostel at this intersection for the two weeks prior to this political show of settler force during Holy Ramadan preparations... you can see the hanging lights in the video. thanks
