  • Anybody that says hapkido would not work on the street is retarded.

  • parece muito com aikido

  • cansei de ver ateh o final... parece cirque du Soleil

  • proving yet again that the bigger the person the harder they fall

  • Não tem um poucop de teatro tambem, muita alta impulsão?

  • 4.06 so cuteeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • MUITO BOM!!!!!!!

  • Muito Bom.

  • I have yet to see a good Hapkido demo.

I'm sure the brutal and effective stuff is there buy all I ever seem to see are ridiculously high kicks, pseudo Aikido and breakfalls that are designed to look good but which would see you maimed if you were forced to use them on the street.

  • @baldieman64 If you do not think this is a good demo or this would not work on the street you are not verry bright most people cannot fight for shit and would get destroyed by these guys alot of other martial arts styles would get demolished to.

  • huss!!

  • asians look sooo funneh when theyre acting ^_^

  • qual é o nome da musica de fundo ? obrigada

  • @carol4471 é "Breaking the habit" de "Linking Park"!!! :)

  • @carol4471 Essa Musica é Breaking the Habit do Linkin Pkar

  • é muita magia pro meu gosto ¬¬

  • Hapkido is a very amazing and practical martial art, it is similar in a few ways to taekwondo but with no doubt more deadly and useful, i practice taekwondo and we practice a lot of kicking and blocking techniques but we lacks defensive techniques.

    I want to learn HAPKIDO!!!

  • @JeanMarcKawas That's right, in Hapkido learned many techniques to fight back, even kicking. If you have a serious chance that excellent practices for broadening your knowledge and implement the Tae Kwon Do!!!

  • @JeanMarcKawas

Hapkido is more like Japanese Aikido than Korean Taekwondo.

  • @JeanMarcKawas Hey im the same way i took and like taekwondo but hapkido is way better it has all of the same moves and alot more there are over 2,000 moves in it.

  • @TheShinobi32 Try a breakfall like those in the demo on concrete ?

Fist things you learn when you practice for real is that the object of a breakfall is to minimize injury to yourself and having already lost the initiative (that's why you are being thrown), to put yourself in a position to cause maximum damage to your opponent.

You turn your feet up so your ankles don't crack on the floor. You go over low to minimize impact and you grab his face, his clothes or his balls on the way over.

  • Wish I was about 25 years younger. I would love to train with these people.

  • @dpdees wanting, everything is possible!!! :)

  • @MrDarkVampire666 Thanks for the encouragement. I'm 58, a 3rd degree black belt in Tang Soo Do and just started hapkido myself. Hope I've still got what it takes.

  • @dpdees Age is unimportant as long as you really want, Hapkido is for all ages!!!

  • @MrDarkVampire666 the dojos around me want u 2 b 18. im not sure if its everywhere or just around me.

  • @Vapor3vGT

Strange, I learn in Seoul and all ages begin.

  • @countsmyth damn. around me they wouldnt let u unless u were 18

  • @Vapor3vGT

That seems strange, kids doing it at age 6-7 over here. Look for a different school!

  • @dpdees

Never too old. I train in Hapkido in Seoul Korea, a guy joined our class the other day he is 60 years old!

  • @countsmyth Yeah, I'm 58 1/2 and just started hapkido myself. I also have a 3rd degree in Tang Soo Do. But, I can't last nearly as long as I could in my 20's. When you're young you don't realize just how much all those falls take out of you. Stamina is my only concern now.

  • sweet techniques! to determine which techniques could be used in a practical self defense situation and which ones are for, motor skills, acrobatics, drills, control, and amazing demos. one would need a trained eye.. meaning. people who are talking ill about hapkido don't know the history, and the vicious strikes it has to offer as well. i would love to see this style used in an MMA fight. my dojo practices hapkido. though very little. this opened my eyes to even more! thank you.

  • @Kneb5 Beautiful words thank you very much for your comment, and I'm glad you helped

  • to many performances, you can not face a group of roughnecks with performances...........

  • @koukaibi Maybe if there are many performances, but do not think it easy to beat either of these guys...

  • @MrDarkVampire666 yeah you're right !

  • @MrDarkVampire666 have U ever seen Steven Seagal film, an Aikido expert could beat a Sanshou expert without any wounds, that's fucking BULLSHIT!!!!!

  • @koukaibi Yeah you're right!!! jejeje

  • @MrDarkVampire666

Your regular people might not be able to beat them.

But i would love to see how these guys fare against the Gracie family and MMA Fighters.

  • @ArmorKingRulez hehehe I'd like to see that!

  • korean !!

    hpk

  • Where is this school? Japan or Korean?

  • @g1zm01 In Korea, the Hapkido is 100% Korean, is an art and very well known and there are schools in almost everyone, so no doubt there is a school in your country.
