Yep! "QUICK DRAW McGRAW" was originally sponsored in syndication by Kellogg's, and Quick Draw appeared on boxes of Sugar Smacks from 1960 through '64 (at least).

Kellogg's also sponsored "QUICK DRAW McGRAW" in syndication at the time, 'dorf'. And Quick Draw became the icon on their "Sugar Smacks" boxes at the time. The "All-Stars" box featured a Kellogg's character whose name I've forgotten...

Kellogg's was the primary sponsor of "DENNIS THE MENACE" during its original Sunday night run on CBS (1959-'63); in fact, "Dennis" and most of the cast appeared in an "integrated" commercial for Kellogg's at the end of the show.
