I recommend you to read the manga instead, because the anime version has only 10 episodes. <__<

Anyhoo, the main character is 14-year-old witch, Rahzel, who gets kicked out from her own home by her father to "see some world" and... stuff. She encounters mysterious Alzeid, who wants to kill a woman, who - apparently - killed his father. Later on Alzeid's old friend Baroqueheat joins and so those all three just... travel throughout different places.
