This was to have been the start of a series of instructional cartoons for the US Navy, but WW2 ended, so the series was canceled. The "cuffs and collar" line is a rather daring one when you know what it means! ;-) In the cartoon "Three Brothers", you learn Snafu and Tarfu have a Marine brother named Fubar.
None of the branches of the military got shit on the national guard!!
