I love beauties! We used to have 2 Vietnamese Blue beauties, but they were so nippy as juveniles no matter what we did that we couldn't have snakes liek that when they got to 6-10 feet, so we made a trade with a reputable Asian rat Snake breeder.
I have lovely pet ratties and I keep 14 wonderful snakes, it's weird at first, but after a while you come to terms with it. We breed for pet rats, and feeders.
Yep, they do live up to their name. I just bought a Taiwan beauty and it's just stunning. Question: why the glove? Do these snakes tend to bite? My only experience has been with Corns, so I'm new to these Asian Rat Snakes.

They can bite occasionally if not handled regularly. They get large 7-9ft and are lightning fast...great snake!
