First off just video. The couples were right. However, its knuckles and rouge not shadow and rouge. Shadow is a lone wolf. Plus, its obvious that Rouge likes knuckles more.

I know why. In the new sonic game blaze uses her body as the vessel to seal Iblis and she tranports herself to an alternative univese where she imprisons herself and Iblis.
