I made some stone knuckles, search google images: "stone brass knuckles" and you will see a red set of knuckles, I made them out of Catlinite, a Native American pipe stone.

use graph paper for the template. use quartersawn oak- serious multidimensional strength. orient the template thusly: make a fist. draw a line from your pinkie knuckle to where your thumb meets your wrist. make that line on the template paralell to the grain of the board. you suck. use 5/4 stock. cut slowly with both hands and SHARP TOOLS. clamp the piece. get 80, 100, 150, and 220 grit sandpaper. staple some to a block (80 grit especially) for rough shapinng, edges and straight lines.

completely useless, but wood is great for making your design before you try metal, if its uncomfortable it takes literaly seconds to shave some off and improve.

Make a wooden mold of nuckles and poor molten lead in the cast because lead is easy to melt you can melt it in a pot on the stove lol

this is me who owns this account of which i dont go on anymore. anyone who attemps to make these in a school wood workshop please dont get caught and grassed on like me :( i made 2 and the second pair i was grassed on and well it wasnt very good for me. lol anyway ive learnt my lesson not to make things in school well weaponary atleast :D
