This is some really good stuff, if it's any help...since I never used jumpsoles or did any strength building exercises; but i used a lot technique, watched old spudd webb tapes and jordan tapes...learned the physics behind dunking, also i did hand exercises i made up so i could palm the ball.
you don't need big hands just strong ones....but keep using the jumpsoles....i'm thinking of getting one of them myself..
