yes, is the movie attack from the pin up boys. and kyuhyun and leetuk weren't there because they were in the hospital for the accident they got together with shindong and eunhyuk but the only ones that got really really hurts were kyu and teukie that's why they don't participate on the film

Actually ryeowook was the bear in the movie, but leeteuk was the bear in the Wonder Boy mv, cuz well have u heard of the car accident? kyuhyun n leeteuk were badly injured, kyuhyun had the most serious injuries, so he was still unable to participate in the filming, leeteuk was only well enough to participate in the mv, he insisted on being in the movie, so they let him be the bear in the Wonder boy mv :D

Actually, neither Teukie oppa or Hyunie oppa were in the movie because of the accident. The bear was played by Wookie oppa in the movie. Teukie oppa got better by time they shot the MV so they let him play the bear. [:
