I love this! Can't wait to sit down and play it. ^-^ I already have it downloaded on my DSi. :D It's free until February 20 2012, for those of you wondering. It is only local multiplayer, meaning you can play it with only people who have downloaded it into their DSi/3DS AROUND YOU. Hence, friends. Or random strangers if your lucky. I don't know if you can do it 3DS + DSi though. Any further questions go ahead and comment my profile or tell me here :D Oh, and you don't play it like a GBA game.
