hi ian, thank you a lot for your work! ive been struggling with the 4b shower for a while now. i practiced this high-low trick for 30 min. now. that improved my high trows tremendously! after that i did my cleanest and longest 4b shower run EVER without trouble. so thank you a lot, you helped me very much!!!!! (btw the high low thing looks pretty cool!)

don't worry, there are probably thousands of videos on youtube now with people pointing to the right, when the video description box is not there anymore. hahaha
The thing that helped me the most for 4 ball shower was starting with 2 balls in each hand and then throwing the first two throws from my right hand in the shower, than multiplex passing the two from my left hand (as a 1) to my right hand than doing a stacked multiplex throw to the shower and just picking up the slack and starting to run the 4 ball shower.
In fact, I was not able to do the 4 ball shower any other way for a long time.
