My favourite was Sir Killalot until the new ones came then is was Growler. I watched Robot wars from the very first series to the last. Miss it :(

I don't know why the BBC canceled this! Everybody loved robot wars! It's a good thing they are showing it on Dave!

@AstroChickenII I think ratings were falling though. I certainly got fed up of when I saw boring robots like Tornado and Typhoon, who had to run away to charge up and I know many others did too. It was the main reason why Robot Wars didn't run for longer

@AstroChickenII I think BBC actually did not cancel it since they were not the owners, Mentorn was.

Anyway, I think they stopped showing the episodes on BBC since they decided not to buy the rights, not sure why but I suppose they had a low amount of money at the time.
