Best episode ever!! shonda did not disappoint!! i love how she killed off the mercy west surgoens but made it part of the plot although i was soo sad when bailey watched one of them die. I can't believe lost her baby, derek will be crushed, and she was so happy about it,,heartbreaking. Glad everyone was alright, although i have a feeling bailey will be very different next year, Calzona are having kids!! yay! Mark lost lexie :'( he really loved her, i can't wait till next season!

I just saw the preview it is the guy who's wife died comes into the hospital to find Derek, but noone knows where he is. He asks Reed in a supply room and she dosen't know and he SHOOTS her blank in the head. Kerev comes in to find Reed and he shoots Kerev under the arm.
