  • this video is fake its mounted with a guy on a gm shirt

  • fuel cells like that used to be made with platinum, not anymore, you need to upgrade your info on fuel cells my friend and take a look at some new patents, also your numbers are wrong and if you have solar panels then the electrolysis is free.

  • GM (Grandpa Motors) may have one of those new fangled hydrogen cars one of these live-long days.

In the mean time, that whipper-snapper Honda is already selling them.

So, go back to sleep, Grandpa. Time to think about retirement.

  • Just a publicity stunt. Electric operating costs are 1/5 that of hydrogen, so batteries will still rule. If course, there will be no big announcement when these expensive forklift fuel cells are replaced by far less expensive batteries.

  • No man, costs have come down to a fraction what it used to be. Batteries are antiques.

  • really one fifth? where do you get your numbers? How many batterys does an electric forklift use in one year. I work on diesel trucks and we are replacing batterys all the time. you need a reality check if you think electric forklifts can do better.

  • H2 PEM fuel cells, like these, need expensive platinum catalysts. You're looking at a price of $5,000 per Kw, so you're looking at over $80K just for each fuel cell, that would buy, oh, about a centuries worth of batteries. Then, due to electrolysis and fuel cells being about 1/3 the efficiency of charger and batteries, the fuel costs are much higher. Nope, this isn't a good business decision.
