I mean Wuya is a user, I think she is TRYING to get chase to fall for her so she can get him to lower his defences and she can take him down and take all his power for his. As for Chase I think he lost any romantic interest in anyone at all after SO long and if he realy had feelings for Wuya he would have snatched her up a long time ago.
