  • the secrets of TUCK AND ROLL !!!! HAHAH DUH!

  • fucking stop the advertisments they are anoying

  • Then again i hope no one is going to fall face foreward like that dummy did....

  • I'm sorry... i had to dislike the poblicity

  • 4ever parkour traceur for all time

  • Thumbs up if your a Traceur and like watching this even though we know this lol

  • I like how us traceurs know all this already but still watch it.

  • a brotherhood of warriors who fight for freedom, shrouded in secrecy, feared for their ruthlessnes... they are those who would save humanity,,or destroy it , fighting for freedom and flee to live another day.for they where the assassins and that was their creed

  • i could make that. with or without the padding

  • @evymetal95 so???

  • @owo15xd just pointing it out. coz the video is like this could kill a normal persoon and hyping it up to be a massive drop. when really its not. aslong as you can roll well, its not that big

  • Got it! Look at that!

  • i like how they were like, "This would be terrible for a NORMAL HUMAN", like Traceurs are superhuman or something xD I'll admit, it almost seems like that at Ryan Doyle's and Daniel Ilabaca's levels, but anyone can learn parkour! I don't claim to be great but I've been a Traceur for awhile now, and I love teaching people! It's all about the individual's journey, and watching people take their first steps as a Traceur is just awsome to me :D

  • Does daniel ilabaca have his own youtube channel i can subscribe to?

  • Dumb broad

  • Daniel Ilabaca position and clothes on 3:26 to 3:29.

  • @kavaltto Nicely spotted, I guess Ryan did it more than once to get it optimal.

  • I would pay anything to have Danny's arms *_*

  • Doesnt parkour ruin the cartilidge in your joints?

  • @MrMonkeebalz the point of alot of parkour is to spread the power out, so the kinetic energy doesnt absorb into any one joint or fulcrum. If your not warmed up enough, not flexible enough and strong enough to move in a manor that dissapates the shock then yes, it can and WILL damage your joints and ligiments

  • I love how the dummy was dropped on top of the device which was suppose to measure impact..

  • It's funny to see normal people react so stunned by something I call completely normal and ordinary

  • @biobob16 How do i like this^^ omg THANK YOU

  • so hard

  • Daniel Ilabaca = V for Vendetta mask

  • they make it seem like if you tryed it you would die ive been freerunning for 6 years

  • I had a 19'10 Long jump in 8th grade I swear, and now as a freshman I have a 20'5 I wish i cud parkour like him tho

  • @30293952 love how the most he's heard of is 19 so your like yeah ive done 20! bull

  • @ImActuallyGame I like how your a fucking dumbass and dont know the world record is 29'10 feet, look it up!

  • @30293952 okay? i didnt say someone else could do it, but you couldnt :)

  • @30293952 Well then stop talking shit faggot cuz i have

  • @30293952 Did you, uh...say that to yourself? You told yourself to shut up, and stated that you already stopped talking, but talked in the progress, to yourself; oh my god what is thi- *Mind blown*

  • @Desh681 idek anymore what we was talking bout

  • I've MET DANNY !!!!!! And I've seen Ryan in Liverpool. But I've Met Danny :D In Moreton. Coz im Legit!

  • where is the rest of the video !!!!!!

  • Scouse Ninjas :)

  • Ilibaca could have made that last cat leap much easier if he didnt cut his finger. they should have redone that.

  • where's the rest of this?

  • cool

  • @supermec131 It is measured pounds in English system

  • i still dont see how this is a marital art.....

  • @xbimpyx its not technically a martial art, that would imply Parkour has fighting application. but as stated in the vid Parkour or "Free running" was created after studying the body movement and flight aspects of traditional martial arts instead of the fight. (im just going by the vid) i would love to train in parkour though, these guys must have great cardio!

  • They are obviously descendants of the Assassin bloodline.

I wanna see them do the Leap of Faith!

  • Comment removed

  • I'd like to show this to all the ppl that think that Parkour/free running isn't a martial art.

  • They didn't do the dummy test properly. Nobody would just let themselves fall that distance like dead weight. Anyone who did that, athlete or not, would still bend their legs when they hit the ground; it's a natural reaction to falling. It's true that Ryan can absorb impact better than most people, but the dummy example was extreme.

  • I wonder if he has stairs in his house.

  • "heights that will maim or kill ordinary people" haha i love not being a normal person.

  • @braveraxeblade They make us sound like Gods xD

  • The only thing that i hate about this videos (fight science) is that, in every video there always a retard on the comment section that think he can do it better, and always have to disrespect the people in the videos, i hate that kind of people -_-

  • they are lying you dont have to do a flip to land like Ryan Doyle

  • Force is not meassured in pounds ._.

    :p

  • I like how they discern the "hidden secrets" of the urban ninja's landing. If you look up any parkour roll tutorial on youtube or any other site they explain that rolling dissipates that energy and preserves your legs. No need for an analysis, but then again I'm just trolling.

  • @teamflyboys Yeah, I love how the dummy is given no actual momentum whatsoever, basically dropped face-first from nine feet. See, if an airplane just drops straight down from a given height, it's wrecked... but if it lands on a runway...

  • @superrevivalcom They've already done that, it didn't prove anything to people who think chi is fake. It did prove, and even the lady herself said it, they are somehow defying what they thought to be impossible for the body. But as she also said, chi cannot be measured.

  • whole new meaning to 'the leap of faith' from AC series ;o

  • Cool

  • if you have itunes, Let's Parkour Pro is a free App that teaches you how to do it safely, plus training warm up tips :)

  • something just makes me think that "fight science" is very unserious..

  • @FooootballFreak u and me both.don't really se parkour as MA more like acrobatic skills

  • To those who want to learn parkour: Start small, slowly build up your body and progress. These guys trained like 10+ years. You can't expect to learn parkour in a day or something.

  • @Meauple Dan did it in 8

  • @Meauple thts what im doin :D but ppl call me retarded at the park but theres this one lazy vault tht shuts them up

  • LOL its not that hard, why do people think this stuff is fake or impossible, its really easy once you learn it all.

  • @TheNextgenparkour Its not impossible but its not easy at all.

  • @ekojk1242 Well i have been doing it for awhile so i guess it isnt easy to beginners, as long as you take it easy and dont start jumping off high stuff to soon, It is easy after awhile.

  • 10 peoples broke his legs :(

  • @matiseq I didn't say I learned wrong. i said I had surgeries and I'm interested in beginning to learn this because of the lightened impact on the joints. I'm learning right, but the way you spoke it sounded like the lessened impact on my knees was only superficial. You've answered my questions though, the impact is less on the knees and ankles spreading it over a larger surface area on the body. I have the strength training to do this, the surgery came from a motorcycle wreck 10 yrs ago.

  • that doesnt count! its a cta grab not a precision to th same height. what about belle when he jumps beween two building. thats more than 20 ft

  • @matiseq How would you go about measuring this in a more appropriate way? I'm beginning to learn parkour myself, and want to know the actual impact to my body. I've had a couple surgeries on my knees, and the reason this interested me was because it's supposed to be low impact.

  • @matiseq yes, it can be so but i think ist awesome what you feel when you do a role

  • @matiseq you are really stupid

  • @matiseq your mom is stupid

  • who's stupid?

  • this is Unique.. haha.. I must to practice safety roll haha

    -MiTcH

  • Hey, does anyone else notice that they keep saying "ordinary" or "average" humans when comparing them to these guys? Us Traceurs are Unique!! WHOOOOO!!!!!

  • side flips look amazing 8.28 such fun to do aswell

  • lol so hard at how 'Ryan Doyle's landing technique REQUIRES a flying leap and flip; hahahaha

  • @PKCleveland It really doesnt require a front flip, thats just how you would land it safely

  • @PKCleveland when you flip it goes faster to the ground and makes it more heavier to land

  • @PKCleveland It's cause you're diving headfirst and with some forward spin, so you will have to flip so that your legs will land on the ground. Then from their you do a roll.

  • @PKCleveland

My landing technique requires a flying leap, a flip, bullets just barely missing me, and a mid air middle finger.

  • 8 people cant dissipate kinetic energy ;)

  • 0:04

    lol wtf?

there's a character "恋" on centre of the target

    which means "love"

  • @JOELukjp

u sure it doesnt mean heart?

  • @xomanowar42

    hahaha yepp im sure.

    "heart" goes "心" :P

"恋" is like... "pure love" lol

  • مش اى حد يلعب الباركور

  • Was this the whole episode?

  • I can only hope I'm good enough to drop and jump that far one day. :P Right now I'm comfortable with a height of only around 5 feet. XD

  • That was a very short roll you did.. if you did more of a dive roll there would be even less force..

  • "you know the crazy thing about this is.." then she describes the entire movement, haha. not of fan of that girl

  • that guy looks like V from the movie

  • 8 people didnt dissipate kinetic energy :P

  • HEY IT WAS KYLE MEDOZA! (EPIC)

  • when is saw it on the tv i allready thougt that you guys where it xD

  • TRIPE KONG OMFG 0:27

  • 3:34 epic face.

  • Daniel's awesome as ever.

  • 9 feet? hella low... these scientists must have been really skepticle to try it from such a low height. Most Parkour runners can hit 12 feet no problem I'm sure Doyle can hit atleast 14 without a problem lol aww scientists will never understand what the human body can really endure... smh

  • @XxOffTonexX man 14 would be easy for him, im only 16 and i have jumped a true 15 feet b4, we measured

  • what do they mean by g?

  • @Krankyism force of gravity 1G= your normal weight 2G= X2 normal weight 3G=X3 your normal weight and so on. So if you weigh 200lbs, at 3g's youre experiencing 600lbs of weight on your body.

  • @firemedic30ca thank you but how much is 3 g's when you hit someone cause if you tell the weight with which you want to multiply it this information is completely worthless

  • @Krankyism huh? G-force is the measurement of multiples of gravity against yourself, not others.

  • @firemedic30ca so it just describes the acceleration? thatdoesn't make much sense cause first you are accelerated with 1g and later with ∞ cause you stop at a certain point of time

  • @Krankyism how does that not make sense? when you hit the ground you hit it with a certain velocity before it dissipates to zero. The time it takes to dissipate that velocity to zero is calculated through acceleration and because the time it takes to change the velocity to zero when you hit the ground is less than a second, the acceleration is much faster than the acceleration due to gravity which inturn is measured in G's. With this you can calculate force: F=ma. take physics before posting

  • @capitandelfuego oh thanks now i get it ; )

  • haha only 8 dislikes wow

  • why the fuck do people STILL fail to distinguish parkour from free running? Parkour is NOT about fancy flips and kicks. Parkour is about the most efficient movement.

  • @JamieMaguireful who cares? like its movement and freedom nonetheless

  • @JamieMaguireful and what if you have a long obstacle full of shit?!!!! y wont vault it!! you'll better flip over it (=

Parkour and Free running can be the same, in any case is just movement!! you don't have to separate them... unless you refer to just tricking, but anyways that wouldnt be FR either

  • @SuperCrazyRoy For the most part, parkour has no tricking and is more focused on getting from A to B as quickly as possible. Freerunning has no set path and involves a lot of tricking. They still have not been clearly separated yet though, so they're sorta interchangeable.

  • Ninjas used these kinds of techniques to escape... people invented parkour so they could look like ninjas :D ... But they made things look even cooler by adding special flips and stuff...

    PARKOUR FTW!!!

  • 8 people are handicap

  • i fucking hate that scientist bitch

  • @RhadeConstantine just the way she talks, all smirky and sarcastic

  • I love how they say "normal humans" as if there aren't millions of other traceurs xD

  • @DgangaJ Traceurs are in more than average physical condition and their body's have adapted to the movements they repititively do which means well... they aren't normal

  • parkouring for me is mi life i do it on my way to school in school after school home

  • parkouring for me is mi life i do it on my way to school in school after school home

  • don't try this at home because you might break a nail. :D

  • parkour For LIFE yeah!!!!!!!

  • Ouch

  • parkour is mi life (=

  • 3:35 thats what a scared shocked and wet woman looks like

  • @WinstonPhavivongkorn Definitely.

  • @WinstonPhavivongkorn Definitely.

  • Last time I checked David Belle brought up parkour and then it spread like that not these two.

  • PARKOUR 4 LIFE.

  • @WinstonPhavivongkorn why? there too basic, cant be compared to new talent man

  • 8 ppl are jealous of ryan and daniel

  • 8 people broke there necks

  • @RiceManCA make it 10

  • @fiercekid84 lol

  • Lol I thought parkour was rather well known by now...

  • they havent *never* mentioned practice :/

  • That scientific chick is annoying as hell.... "Oh! Did you just DO that!?"

  • He probably had it. But his foot hit the pad at the bottom.

  • people i dont think the series is so much about science as much as it is entertainmetn...if u want science go somewhere else or stop complaining

  • my gran can do that

  • 10055870 i have one question for u

what show is this so if u can answer me pleace do

and u rock for putting this on :)

  • @77127Shadow Its right in the title dude. I mean the description says, "National Geographic's Fight Science." Get your act together man.

  • Jumped 19 ft and 10 inches and the only injury he had was a bloody finger. Better than I could do. lol This show is AMAZING!!!!!

  • thats so awesome, id like to see the police chase them

  • When i first saw this I just laughed at the dummy in the wheel burrow. Im just that easily amused.

  • yeah, they're good.

  • 6:55 Danny's like "Yeah. Thats fantastic." inside. "What the hell u talking about?"

  • 8 people hate parkour and hate ryan.....those 8 people suck cement and kiss asphalt

  • @craaazyish id reckon most people think fightscience is a joke its so unscientific, thats why they gae it thumbs down.

  • of course she cant believe it, she looked away at4:40

  • @rebornsdestroy917 hahhaah no,she want see the impact of ryan!

  • 7 people are the walls that got pwned by not preventing them to get across

  • my fingers bleeding so thats why you shouldnt do this at home"

  • this is awsome

  • daniel didnt even need to roll from his 9ft side flip drop

  • OMG THERE'S A FREE RUNNING AND PARKOUR FEDERATION??? OMG I WANNA GO AND LEARN RAWRRRRR

  • i hope nobody tries to copy the cgi, its rolling wrong hahaha

but awesome ryan, its cool chill people like you can make a living doing what they love and get on tv at the same time :P

  • Their regional English accents were kind of a suprise

  • he don't need a footbridge to cross the traffic lane anymore

  • power in watts, yeah sure, scientific as hell

  • well hopefully this will get more ppl into parkour

  • my god, incredible.

  • haha I watched a couple of these before I never knew you were on it though

  • lol at the begining

'the take a big LEAP into the future

  • q weno el triple kong q se manda daniel ilabaca casi al principio

    =D

  • i bet ryan was offended when they told him 9 feet and that's why he did a frontflip.

  • Aww danny should of done a sideflip then caught the Bar now that would be complete SKILL and that asian guy who be like whu whu whu wuh whu My Career is screwed! lol

  • that dummy only weighed 166 pounds and three guys had to carry it?

  • They say "don't try this at home!".... Where the fuck could you try this at home?
