i have read on the bigpond website that some modems are configured only to worl with telstra internet, i have just changes isp and i was wondering if it will work with my new internet? also does this not work with ADSL2+ because i could get it with this modem :S

Perhaps your problem is caused by having three components stacked on top of each other.
