  • I take the gummy bear vitamins also! It helps get rid of my sweet tooth also since they basically taste like the candy! I also take Magnesium supplements, because magnesium helps to get rid of excess toxicities!

  • I wished I had your suggestions for what machine to use at the gym or home. I signed up at a gym (that was to far from home) and spent a lot of money for my membership that I only used a few times. Yes, you need a workout buddy. The trainer I had in the beginning (was helpful to an extent). He was only trying to get me to sign up for additional stuff. So, if you go with someone familiar with the gym it takes the anxiety off of being a novice. Thank you!!! Zheahra

  • I just made a protein smoothie....after doing a workout, it was sooo good, with Silk Pure Almond Milk (the vanilla one) strawberry protein powder, frozen strawberries, n frozen bananas that have been sliced up, I do frozen fruits to replace ice, it was sooo good and thick

  • @ lilipink101 U can't increase bust size when you work out you chest. The only thing it does is make your boobs perky and fit.

  • Try the boobshell bra from victoria secret! mamichula has displayed it in one of her videos for bust enhancement, mix it with a chest workout and i bet you ll look good in no time! im on the vsecret mailing list and i always get coupons, the bra is a litlle pricey but worth the price!!!!!!!!

  • @rach0babe there are always workout videos you know, and they have some really good ones that could help with your cardio, just look online for reviews and try to get those that dont need equipment..

  • @vctr2070 Thanks love, its bad to skip breakfast b/c you basically starve your body...then once you do finally eat around lunch time you are more likely to indulge and eat much more than you normally would. Breakfast is also one of the most important meals of the day, because it replenishes your body's energy levels in the morning. So at least have a banana or granola bar!

  • @shakierasmley72 I would say do squats & strength training. Theres a certain machine in my gym that you lay flat and push weights away from you using your legs only- that would definetly help!

  • All great advice. But the eight pm tip depends on what time you go to bed. So usually you shouldn't eat a couple years before you go to bed, if you're hungry then yeah fruit it is, or low fat cereal or something...

  • @rach0babe Thank you :) Honestly I wouldnt let them get to me, you are trying to be healthy & take care of your body- dont let them stop you! If it bothers you that much try doing jumping jacks or jump rope in the privacy of your own garage or a private area for cardio :)

  • drinking water in between every bite DOES work. it will fill you up super fast. that's a little trick i have been using for YEARS.
