While in school I sat in many court rooms, I've listened to many verdicts handed down, and have seen all sorts of violent crime charges such as manslaughter, murder, armed robbery, home invasion etc. and very very rarely were the defendants white. @negativekind I honestly do not see any dramatic usage of the wriiten English, however the bible reads "Do Not Kill", just remove that obsolete contraddiction from your system, the death penalty is prehistory. In MY definition of a free country there is no death penalty but attempts to forgive and correct, killing one potential innocent person atuomatically removes all the benefits of a system and reminds me that america is a young country which still has to deal with evolution.

At the moment our system suffers the opposite, ask Amanda Knox, she's probably guilty, but she's free. That's how it should be when you have no clear evidences. I guess USA is still a young country, but in the 2011 a christian and civilized society cannot permit the death penalty. End of story. No crowd control allowed!

While in school I sat in many court rooms, I've listened to many verdicts handed down, and have seen all sorts of violent crime charges such as manslaughter, murder, armed robbery, home invasion etc. and very very rarely were the defendants white. Sure most serial killers have been white but there have been black ones too. One was convicted a few years ago in LA.
