ps3 will not and cannot directly run windows due to the difference of processor, windows only runs on x86 & x64 type of processors. but emulation is another thing. through emulation, nothing is impossible. mac os can be ported though.
The PS3 does NOT have 8 cores. It has one single-core PPC clocked at 3,2Ghz and 7 SIMD units (like SSE). Wine will only work using a x86 emulator, but speeds should be rather low.

PS3 runs on Linux. Fedora Core is a Linux OS. I don't think windows or mac OSs can run on one.
