Last yr. my bro bought a Bible and a poptart from a store after he had been hiking in the Mts. a day in summer. He was hungry, hot + tired so he decided to lay down in a patch of cool grass adjacent to the store he had just patronized. A cop saw him and assumed he was a vagrant. The cop didn't even give him a chance, he just told him he was under arrest for "trespassing". When my startled bro stood up (all 6'4" of him), the cop immediately pepper-sprayed him. He died in custody that same day :(
