You just try not to touch whomever has the Lightning Cloud, or it'll go to you. Kind of like a fever. If you get the Lightning Cloud, bump it against someone else to give it to them.

i would say that the slippery slope wouln't be the start but it really would be the double pokey hit and when you crashed a shell that was weirdly placed on the floor. what happened with the double pokey thing i thought you would avoid the second one?

..... Old Mario!?! Also Birdo....That's kind of like adding sonic to the game. I guess a lot of people like Birdo but it's just wierd. I also thought of something, they should make another MKW but this time add special attacks, such as Birdo shooting out an egg....Or Mario burning people with flame. It would be just like SSBB with the Smash Ball. They could make a thing where the first person to cross the finish line in the first lap gets the Smash Ball or whatever you want to call it.

I just unlocked all charecters but I don't understand how I unlocked Bowser Jr. How do you unlock him, I think it might of been gettting two stars on all 100cc cup races but I'm not sure, Mario Kart has inproved and decreased in it's charecters that you get to choce from and unlock. But I will say that this Mario Kart has by far the worst Charecters, I mean Mario Baby Mario, Lugi Baby Lugi, Daisy Baby Daisy, Peach Baby Peach, TO MANY OF THE SAME CHARECTERS IN OLD OR YOUNGER FORM, What's next....

I was gritting my teeth over every little mistake or unavoidable incident. I really feel for ya. And I would of ended up running into that Cataquack in the same exact way you did, since it was aiming for Crz-Ricky in the first place. I even blinked back in surprise that it was even there at first.

That the obstacles are pretty isolated makes them more dangerous to me because I wasn't paying attention to the. Moonview Highway I can take because I'm constantly on guard.

Interesting that someone else always makes stupid mistakes like this. It's probably what keeps me from being "great" at anything.

I use that same exact line. Rather than being completely outplayed I end up losing because I make little mistakes, sometimes repeatedly, that I can blatantly see. It can make play sessions infuriating as either I completely overrun, or I can see how I can completely overrun and just keep slipping. Well, slight exaggeration, but yeah.

Well, this is how I work: I was put into normal-level math classes in middle school and high school because I would consistently get between 80% and 90% on math tests regardless of the content. The placement test takers had assumed I didn't know certain concepts and such and would place me there even though I usually get math problems wrong because of arithmatic errors, like forgetting to carry the one.

I mean...I got a 5 out of 5 on the AP Calculus AB test in high school without studying.

"School pf piranha fish", eh? That's a good term for it I've been in many races where I've either been one of the two out in front, or caught in the group of piranhas- it certainly makes the game a little more interesting.

My friend and I tend to call the cluster of racers the "peanut gallery", though.

Recently, I was in a remarkably violent group that resorted to Mushroom-boosting themselves into me and knocking me off the course (Rainbow Road.)

It's not as haxy as the 150cc AI, but it can feel kind of unfair sometimes. I guess thats the mentality that comes with being in first place, even for a short amount of time.

I guess it depends on what people choose to do with their items. It's weird how belligerent drivers tend to congregate in certain rooms. I sometimes ram into people with Mushrooms and whatnot, but I don't like hitting someone when they're down, which is often the case with a lot of these people.

You didn't finish poorly in the Dry Dry Ruins race. Congrats, you were the head of the piranha fish. The Pokeys sure didn't help you though.

I hate when I get so caught up in the other racers that I don't watch where I'm going. I don't notice I'm not paying attention to the track until it's too late.

Is it just me, or does Bowser Jr. and his Super Blooper match extremely well with the desert scenery? He looks like a little cactus.

Unless grabbing another item the AI usually won't attack other AI with items. I actually watched one throw a Spiny Shell the split second I got into first. Damn, they have hax timing for their BS. XD

That's how they cheat this time around. Rubber-banding does not exist in this game, if you look closely. It's because the computer players can generate whatever items they need and will direct them all at you.

i know how u feel. sometimes the game doesnt compensate you either. e.g. getting rammed by a blue shell, star power and bullet bill taking you down to 7th place, and then getting a single mushroom boost or squid from the item box
