I've got to agree with the others, the passing game needs some work. I don't know a lot about throwing the ball in the NFL (I'm a bit better at the NCAA games), but I'd definitely have Ponder as your starter.

Your passing made me cringe.

You gotta throw to comebacks, curls, flats, an outs, then look for one-on-one coverage on deep routes. Also, be patient and don't always go with your first look.

You throw over the middle way too much. Try throwing to the flats or deep towards the sidelines and you'll probably have more success.

Also, any madden player i would like some help. I have Madden 09 for the wii and i cant come close to block field goal attempts. Is there a way i can get close. By the time i react to the snap, the ball is already kicked. Is it like this for every Madden game?

i noticed that you run too many streaks. let jenkins camarillo and aromashadu run some routes. noticed the computer runs a lot of zones which leaves shiancoe most likely open on the streak. a good play I use in franchise with the vikings is send shank on that streak, jenkins on that out route that you used a lot, and camarillo coming underneath shiancoe. use berrian just as a decoy to open up throwing lanes. run some routes!
