The Holy Spirit brings about different expressions. Some just follow what they see others do and it's not genuine but dancing is a real expression of the Holy Spirit. So is laughter, singing, and playing music. And if u don't have the indwelling of the Holy Spirit then u don't have any room to judge

Let the babies praise the Lord! My friend's daughter who isn't even a year old yet would just kick her little legs in time with the music and we would stand her up and she would cut her little step. Well, her version of a step lol. I love this!
God hits his people everywhere we can't film everything, but if you have never been brought out of anything you wouldn't understand praise and worship. When God delivers you from cancer, a stroke, or restores your family, your joy and peace etc. you will praise him. Some people sit still and lift their hands, some dance, some bow at the altar, some cry and pray but it's all to the glory of God.
@ rvvr...in the Bible it speaks of David dancing until his clothes came off and I dont get my praise on just in church. It is nothing for me to get my praise on at work, the grocery store...heck I have even pulled my car over to the side of the road! Please- the speed of the music don't matter when u really want to worship. Half the people in church can't dance in time with the beat anyway. Let's get our mind focused only on God. There's a hundred excuses to not worship- do we need to hear shirely ceasers song again about this old mule ?
Well I say that it is too fast. I believe that a lot of our musicians are getting selfish with the dancing music. There are a lot of mothers in the church that want to dance, but when the beat is 500 beats per minute, they can't keep up with that. The musician need to slow the music down so EVERYONE can participate in a dance.

Let the babies praise the Lord! My friend's daughter who isn't even a year old yet would just kick her little legs in time with the music and we would stand her up and she would cut her little step. Well, her version of a step lol. I love this!

God hits his people everywhere we can't film everything, but if you have never been brought out of anything you wouldn't understand praise and worship. When God delivers you from cancer, a stroke, or restores your family, your joy and peace etc. you will praise him. Some people sit still and lift their hands, some dance, some bow at the altar, some cry and pray but it's all to the glory of God.

@ rvvr...in the Bible it speaks of David dancing until his clothes came off and I dont get my praise on just in church. It is nothing for me to get my praise on at work, the grocery store...heck I have even pulled my car over to the side of the road! Praise is contagious, if you want to see it outside of church then get your praise on and see how many people follow. HALLELUJAH!!!

Why is it you never read of such out burst recorded in the bible? And why is it it only happens at church when the music gets going?
You never see such outbreaks at the mall, at dinner, at the gym, in the office, on the street.....and the list goes on and on.
Does God only hit these people on SUN-day at church service?

Please- the speed of the music don't matter when u really want to worship. Half the people in church can't dance in time with the beat anyway. Let's get our mind focused only on God. There's a hundred excuses to not worship- do we need to hear shirely ceasers song again about this old mule ?

Well I say that it is too fast. I believe that a lot of our musicians are getting selfish with the dancing music. There are a lot of mothers in the church that want to dance, but when the beat is 500 beats per minute, they can't keep up with that. The musician need to slow the music down so EVERYONE can participate in a dance.

@warnthewicked The beat at which the musicians are playing shouldnt determine if you praise GOd or not. Whether you on beat or not doesnt please GOD all he want is the praise which is due to him. So dance inspite of how fast or slow musicians are playing.
