Can I just say something its really annoying me if I don't say it, in the last segment of this episode Alan mentioned his son Fernando, and said he was in Cambridge, yet in series 1 of I'm Alan Partridge, he talks to him on the phone and says he's 22 year old son is in bed with a girl on a Saturday afternoon, yet this was made in 1994.. that would only make him 6.. so he wouldn't be in Cambridge... Ah I feel much better now :)
@hellomynameismercy Series 1 of I'm Alan Partridge took place in 1997. If he was 22 then, he'd be around 19 here, which is normal uni age. How'd you get six?
@Psydecar No this is Knowing me knowing you, i mean series one of his series Im Alan Partrigde.. witch was made in the 2000's .. this was made in the 1990's so his son would have been like 6 or 7 yet in the later series of im alan partidge where Alans much older (i dont kno if you seen it its really funny) he talks to his son on the phone and his sons 22 years old.. did you get that or did i not make sense??? :S
@Sailorsega Nahh I must admit i do love that song.. lol The lead singer is..bugger i forget her name but she was also semi famous for being part of a tri on anotehr sketch show called Smack the pony.
oh for gods sake FalseFlagAmerican im all for free speech but is this really your attempt and getting people to listen to your message? not all Alan Partidge fans believe in conspiracies... Alan might though...
Hello lickstickly, I am ever so pleased that you support free speech, you may well decide to consider my previous post as a community service message. Or, maybe, as a conversation starter.
actually i have watched 2 editions of 'loose change' and am a member of the Zeitgeist movement, but trying to draw more support by picking random messageboards and leaving these messages, it doesnt really bring more credence, btw i dont believe everything presented in the 'loose change' videos as its a bit far fetched but im not one of those sceptics who ridicule people who believe them as it raises some interesting questions
I wish you well on your path, lickstickly. I am happy to offer information, and, am equally happy for people to accept, reject, or ignore any posting I place anywhere. That is free will.
I am glad to read that you have done your own research and drawn your own conclusions.
Well, actually, you are incorrect in your contention, because, I give a fuck about the aforementioned topics which negates the possibility that your assertion can be correct.
Type as much pseudo-intellectual babble as you like, it won't change the fact that no one watching Alan Partridge gives a shit about you or your cause lol.
I'm glad that you are smiling....I liked the Cure's b-side entitled "Babble", but that is hardly relevant to the convesation that you have initiated with me.
I am curious as to why 7/7, Bali or 9/11 are uninterestng to you. Have you never bothered to research these topics?
Dunno your age but if you are too young to remember Grunge properly (Nirvana, Mudhoney, Babes in Toyland, Soundgarden, Tad, Hole, The Melvins, etc etc) you probably didn't see L7 on The Word. I reckon that was a big influence on this sketch. On The Word, guitarist Donita Sparks pulled down her shorts and knickers and played the song naked below. Bet you can find the vid here!
Lol! Alan's face when the song changes. XD

Lady Doon looks remarkably hot as a punk singer. I always fancied her as Colattelly Sisters in The Day Today

Do you know those pictures you draw as a kid, when you fold the page and draw chicken's head on top and the other person draws an elephant's legs...?
What in the name of Partridge are all the comments about?
Roger Moore is at Chiswick roundabout..

Hey , that came out of nowhere, FFA - I know about that stuff, but what has it got to do with Alan Partridge and some weird rocker chicks?
chrispyt77 2 years ago
Hey Chrispyt77,
I'm glad that you "know about that stuff". It has nothing to do with either Alan Partridge, nor, any weird rocker chicks.
Of, you may care to take note of the fact that I haven't claimed that there is a link.

7/7 - British Muslim extremists
9/11 - a loose collection of Arab and North African Muslim extremists.
Bali, i don't know much about but i suspect that was another group of nutters.
I hope the british and american armed forces round them up and kill them, thats as much as i know or care about those events.
