  • Lol! Alan's face when the song changes. XD

  • That song is awesome, I'd seriously buy it if it came out.

  • @telo141 And she BLOWS HIM AWAY lol

  • Can I just say something its really annoying me if I don't say it, in the last segment of this episode Alan mentioned his son Fernando, and said he was in Cambridge, yet in series 1 of I'm Alan Partridge, he talks to him on the phone and says he's 22 year old son is in bed with a girl on a Saturday afternoon, yet this was made in 1994.. that would only make him 6.. so he wouldn't be in Cambridge... Ah I feel much better now :)

  • @hellomynameismercy Camberidge is a place as well as a university. He might just mean that he's living there.

  • @littleben11 doubt it lol

  • @littleben11 i doubt it lol

  • @hellomynameismercy he is a student at cambridge and graduates a few years later ... don't see the issue here

  • @hellomynameismercy Series 1 of I'm Alan Partridge took place in 1997. If he was 22 then, he'd be around 19 here, which is normal uni age. How'd you get six?

  • @Psydecar No this is Knowing me knowing you, i mean series one of his series Im Alan Partrigde.. witch was made in the 2000's .. this was made in the 1990's so his son would have been like 6 or 7 yet in the later series of im alan partidge where Alans much older (i dont kno if you seen it its really funny) he talks to his son on the phone and his sons 22 years old.. did you get that or did i not make sense??? :S

  • @hellomynameismercy I know what you mean. It's one of my top 5 favorite shows of all time. Series 1 was made in 1997 and series 2 in 2002.

  • @chubby. It's Doon McKichan

  • rock and roll lets all have a pear

  • I love it how Alan disapproves of the song and pulls that face when the song changes its tone. So funny!

  • rock and roll lets all have a pear!!!

  • 1:56 ooOOOo.... id love to have it off with her...

  • i take it this is based on that Sex Pistols interview?

  • Where can I buy that song?

  • Is that a real band? They're rad!

  • @Sailorsega Nahh I must admit i do love that song.. lol The lead singer is..bugger i forget her name but she was also semi famous for being part of a tri on anotehr sketch show called Smack the pony.

  • are they a real music band

  • what year was this on tv

  • @CastleSnowflake 1995.

  • @SecretTheatre Or rather 1994.

  • The 1 dislike is probably Roger Moore, still at Chiswick roundabout.

  • nice song there by Collaterly Sisters :D

  • steve coogan is so talented.

  • hahaha love coogans reaction!! Cant wait for the new series

  • its actually not a bad song

  • Hmm, maybe those debating 9/11 on an Alan Partridge video might want to FUCK OFF.

  • @Zorg2006 it's ridiculous aint it, some people have nothing better to do

  • Alan's reaction throughout the song is just EPIC!

  • Rock n' Roll, lets all have a pear!

  • Lady Doon looks remarkably hot as a punk singer. I always fancied her as Colattelly Sisters in The Day Today

  • Do you know those pictures you draw as a kid, when you fold the page and draw chicken's head on top and the other person draws an elephant's legs...?

What in the name of Partridge are all the comments about?

Roger Moore is at Chiswick roundabout..

  • @FalseFlagAmerican

Hey , that came out of nowhere, FFA - I know about that stuff, but what has it got to do with Alan Partridge and some weird rocker chicks?

  • Hey Chrispyt77,

I'm glad that you "know about that stuff". It has nothing to do with either Alan Partridge, nor, any weird rocker chicks.

Of, you may care to take note of the fact that I haven't claimed that there is a link.

  • oh for gods sake FalseFlagAmerican im all for free speech but is this really your attempt and getting people to listen to your message? not all Alan Partidge fans believe in conspiracies... Alan might though...

  • Hello lickstickly, I am ever so pleased that you support free speech, you may well decide to consider my previous post as a community service message. Or, maybe, as a conversation starter.

    Have you ever studied 9/11?

  • actually i have watched 2 editions of 'loose change' and am a member of the Zeitgeist movement, but trying to draw more support by picking random messageboards and leaving these messages, it doesnt really bring more credence, btw i dont believe everything presented in the 'loose change' videos as its a bit far fetched but im not one of those sceptics who ridicule people who believe them as it raises some interesting questions

  • I wish you well on your path, lickstickly. I am happy to offer information, and, am equally happy for people to accept, reject, or ignore any posting I place anywhere. That is free will.

I am glad to read that you have done your own research and drawn your own conclusions.

  • cheers FalseFlagAmerican staying open minded is the key mate after all who knows who might be wrong or right eh?

  • @FalseFlagAmerican

No one gives a fuck about Bali, 7/7, 9/11 or indeed yourself.

    Just sayin :)

  • @ch1mpanzeethat

Well, actually, you are incorrect in your contention, because, I give a fuck about the aforementioned topics which negates the possibility that your assertion can be correct.

  • @FalseFlagAmerican

Type as much pseudo-intellectual babble as you like, it won't change the fact that no one watching Alan Partridge gives a shit about you or your cause lol.

    Just sayin :)

  • @ch1mpanzeethat

Well fair enough, you are just as entitled to an opinion as anybody else.

  • i love how you can see he knows his career isn't gonna be long lived, its in his eyes

  • what the hec!! rock and roll, lets all have a pear

  • greyman45 YOU DA MAN!! many thanks for uploading comedy gold!

  • Rock and Roll, lets all have a Pear!

  • I can imagine Partridge and Richard Littlejohn having a fantastic time together.

  • does the singer have armpit hair?

  • You too young to remember The Days of Grunge?

    Course she had armpit hair!

I was a "grunger" myself. Horrible label!

Dunno your age but if you are too young to remember Grunge properly (Nirvana, Mudhoney, Babes in Toyland, Soundgarden, Tad, Hole, The Melvins, etc etc) you probably didn't see L7 on The Word. I reckon that was a big influence on this sketch. On The Word, guitarist Donita Sparks pulled down her shorts and knickers and played the song naked below. Bet you can find the vid here!

  • Incidentally, I think this is a cracking song!:-)

"It's quarter to four and now the gassman's DEAD!"

    "BloodbaAAAaaathh, BloodbaAAAaaathh, BloodbaAAAaaathh!"

  • Love the way the band starts out sounding exactly like St Etienne hahaha

  • great! thanks for uploading!
