How do you do the roll/fills, whatever you call em, at the 37 sec mark in Ableton? Can't seem to figure it out for some reason.. lol

Try the BeatRepeat effect. With Grid set to 1/16 and the Interval assigned to a knob so u can decide when/what to start rolling (bassdrums or snares or whatever). works nicely for me

he is also might just be using the roll on the 800.

you can still put effects over the top of anything even when its MIDI mapped.

the mixer is a denon dnx 1500 and the sound interface i use is the m audio firewire audiophile.
