  • how many times is a lot? In the video he said that you shouldnt do them every day or anything.

    I do them 2-3 times a week. Is it a lot? Or not enough?

  • I love Fifer scissors actually my favorite one of all burns my lower abs real good, might not feel the burn if u have to much fat in ur stomach :/ But in time you will feel the burn juz cant quit

  • Fail, a complete waste of 16mins of your life. Hanging leg raises is all you need to sculpt your abdominals in conjucntion with a clean diet of course. 3 sets of 12 reps hanging leg raises from a pull-up bar 3 times a week and you're good to go.

  • @1amRy4n Your form is probably not good. Try to keep your legs straight, and don't sway your body and cheat by swinging your arms. I've been doing AbRipperX for 2 years and STILL feel the burn every week. A highschool fitness class is NOTHING like P90X.

  • I restart this every winter before lax season and yea I started two days ago and can already see the middle line in between my two top abs so it works...just start with less reps and work your way up two 25

    Do it with a weight vest and/or switch out your ab routine (with some diff. one from youtube) every 3 weeks for 3 weeks, then switch back. The weight vest will prob. be enough though but ab muscle confusion gives quick results too. I just do this and my abs are ripped w/out a weight vest.

  • Don't do this workout everyday! You need to give your muscles recovery time or you will damage them. Your muscles can only do so much at one time anyway. Just stick to doing abs over a couple weeks, not all in a few days, I think the results will be better and healthier.

  • @IceCool300 You do need to go on a diet. If you bought the video, then they give you a diet plan...Or I think that is with the whole set? I don't know, but you do need to go on a diet to see really good results, like a 6pack.

  • @farquhar11 Yeah tensing your stomach doing pull ups, hammer curls, squatting and other lifts can get you abs too. But Id like to have you in a class doing some p90x ab workouts. I guarantee it'll kick your ass.

  • @KhmaiBodian559 If you work on your stomach, your body will focus on burning the fat first. Eventually, your stomach will get more toned as you continue to work on your core. You will have to be determined and patient, but it is always doable. I recommend ab ripper X. It is a very effective routine =)

  • @KhmaiBodian559 Sure you can have ripped abs! Problem is, nobody else will be able to see them. They will be hidden underneath. If you want to show off some ripped abs, you have to have <12% BFP

  • hmm well for one how many different exercises do you do? Sometimes also you really have to do workouts that get at the same muscles just from different angles to get them to show. hope some of this helps

And the thing is that I really like cardio and I do it all the time.Would doing AB RIpper in the morning on a empty belly increase the results or the is something wrong with my body ? PLS REPLY !!!

    DO NOT do exercise on an empty stomach! If you do that, then your body has no energy to use, in result eats away at your muscles.

    Cardio will take away fat from your stomach, and AB Ripper will more than likely build the muscle.

  • @lameguy1123 - Where will you get your energy from without eating? Good carbs and food is not bad for your body. It gets rid of it either way. And working out doesn't work off the FOOD you just ate, it works off the stored fat or sugars in that food. You need nutrients no matter what.

    That boosted up my metabolism big time and shrunk my belly down. Nothing more than 5 mile runs though. And you start by running just 5 - 10 MINUTES per day - not caring about the distance at first.

  • Nah,if you gotta do it like every second day. Or else the muscles cant develop and its just a waste of time. Im kinda skinny but with fat where i should have muscle. Im doing this since summer and it shows,but very vaguely. But in the morning when your on an empty stomach,the results are shockingly visible. You just need to control what you it,to see results fast.Wich I cant allways do. If you really can get obsessed about it and eat well,a 6 pack will show in 3 months or less
