Good filming...bad teaching...the german speaker doesn´t seem to know what he is talking about...and the changes of the camera angles is sometimes to often, the movements too fast. That could have be done better!

I practice tai ji quan and I am discovering bagua zhang with a real pleasure , I find the movements more circular than in tai ji quan, really, it is very interesting.

Maybe the chinese origin of Aikido.

Je pratique le tai ji quan et je suis en train de découvrir la bagua zhang avec un réel plaisir, je trouve les mouvements plus circulaire qu'en tai ji quan vraiment c'est très intéressant.

Peut-être l'origine chinoise de l'Aïkido.
