  • Yes Jimmy you are very lucky to have Christine at your side!! She is very beautiful!! You two make a perfect team and I'm glad we have you both!

  • @utubeboob9 I couldn't agree more! :)

  • they shouldn't call overweight people fat anymore. They should call them carbed. lol

  • @79siggy I love that! :)

  • Wanna know Christine's maiden name--WOODWARD! Strange coincidence, eh?

  • Christine, you remind me of Joanne Woodward.

  • enjoying your videos ,,,,day 18 low carb...

  • you guys are adorable..lol...lovin low carb baby!!!

  • THANKS for watching! :D

  • I also cooked up your "Prefect Lime cheesecake" last night and tried a slice this morning and it is superlative. I cut half of the cake into slices and put it in the freezer on wax paper and it makes it even better. That way I can't consume it in a flash and personally I think that it is better frozen. Thanks again you two skinny love birds.

    Take care~

    Jaremy and Julie

  • AWESOME! Frozen...WOW! What a GREAT idea!!!

  • I purchased unrefined virgin coconut oil and it is delicious! Thanks for the tip. I buy these EAS Advantage Edge chocolate fudge low carb shakes (2 net carbs) and blend them with ice and a little heavy cream, but this morning I added 3 tablespoons of coconut oil. This is the absolute most tasty treat ever, wahoooo!

  • Coconut oil with a protein shake is DIVINE! :)

  • Every time I eat or drink sweet deserts or diet beverages I feel guilty, like I just went overboard and off my regimen. Do you ever feel the same way? Do you ever drink diet sodas sweetened with asparlame?

  • I don't feel guilty one iota because I know I am putting something a LOT healthier into my mouth than I used to. Now the fact that it is calorie-free or "diet" doesn't give me license to gorge on those things, but I do eat them with confidence that I'm doing something BETTER for my health now than I was before. I avoid NASTY-tame as I call it because there are too many side effects. Instead, I choose diet sodas with Splenda or stevia. Diet Rite is a fave and Coke is working on a stevia one.

  • Wow that coconut oil looks well tasty... I have to get some... When i was in Dominica Republic I have having loads of choco loco's <-- although I guess thats a different subject all together... But i love choconut oil :o)

  • And it's so amazingly healthy for you, too. :)

  • You are SPOT-ON! Thank you for helping to debunk the big fat lie! :) Dietary fat does not high cholesterol make--carbohydrates do.

Coconut Oil has kept me healthy this cold/flu season, too, btw. Thanks again, Moore Fam!

  • THANKS CCC! Happy to have you watching. :D

  • People are often afraid of bacon and lard for fear of saturated fat, but pork fat (from healthy pigs, not factory farmed) is actually mostly MONOunsaturated oleic acid -- the same fat as olive oil!!! Not to mention another good source of vitamin D (if the pigs got sunshine).

  • And all the latest studies are showing SATURATED FAT is healthy for you as long as you keep the carbs reduced. In fact, a recent study from Dr. Jeff Volek found that eating saturated fat gives you LESS saturated fat in your blood than a low-fat diet. AMAZING!

  • i have coconut oil the same as you 1 teaspoon in my smoothie keeps the hunger away

i also use it in the bath for smoooooth skin!!!

also, if you have nail infections, rub some coconut oil on the nail and its gone within weeks

i dont but any face creams now just use this oil and its far better than anything ive tried

  • I use coconut oil in my shower, too! :D

  • I think all of this low carb dieting has rotted your brain,

  • We appreciate you watching! :D

  • I buy the pre-cooked bacon. No carbs and easy clean up!

  • Very convenient, isn't it? :D THANKS for commenting!

  • THANKS so much, ILLUMANOV! We'll keep sharing about the healthy low-carb lifestyle early and often. Christine says HEY! :)

  • I wil try coconut oil soon :)

  • It's one of the healthiest foods you could eat and it is made up of 90% saturated fat! YOU GOTTA LOVE IT!

  • you seem healthy enough spiritually

  • Ummmmm, thank you? :-~

  • I run a movie theater and we use coconut oil with butter to pop the popcorn. That is the secret of popcorn at the movies.

  • OOOOH! I LOVE coconut oil on popcorn...although I can't eat popcorn much anymore--too many carbs! But if I do, LOTS of coconut oil, baby! :D

  • I enjoy your silliness. I enjoy your video's. I am so glad you posted this because people need to understand that there isn't anything wrong about fat in our diet if we are doing low carb. The danger is high fat high carb. The danger is not low carb high fat. Thank you.

  • You got it SkeeterN! That's such a difficult concept for people to grasp because we have been conditioned to cower and fear at the very mention of fat. But fat, and even saturated fat, is indeed a part of a happy and healthy diet when the carbohydrates are reduced. THANK YOU for watching and sharing the positive message of livin' la vida low-carb with others. :D
