Very beautiful, excellent job with this song! It was a treat listening to your cover, great sound quality as well as your exceptional playing=perfect combination. Keep up the great work!
I thought this was pretty good. Not a 5 but not a 3. Somewhere in there. The bottom line it is an excellent effort. Good job and I don't say that lightly.

@clmsntigr113 it took me about a couple weeks to learn it, but about 2-3 months to actually master it. this was one of the first songs that i learned.
i've been playin for 35 yrs. considering the guitar and set up you have, i must say for technique 9/10. i say that cause we can all improve and aspire one day to reach the 10, but honestly i enjoyed that. Eric, session musician on about 25 albums in the last 10 years. good luck.

well i really appreciate your comment because i recorded this video when i was just about to turn one year as a guitar player. ive been playing guitar for two years now, and getting a good comment from a person that has been playing for 35 yrs, means a lot to me. thanks.
the pedals i am using are all boss pedals. i am using the compressor/sutainer and the DD3. i have a Marshall MG15dfx amp. as you can see my equipment comes nowhere near what the edge has. hahaha. but what you really need is: a lot of compression sustain, delay set at 340, little chorus, minimum overdrive, a stratocaster, and a vox amp. thats about the least you can have to sound like the edge. and yes the edge does use 2 delay signals and a complicated network of mics on stage for extra echo.
Technically proficient on this song, however it just doesn't sound the same on an SQ with humbuckers. The strat is what gives that song it's "chimey" sound. Good job though...
Yeah,ok The strat is perfect for this,But I tryed it with a les pal which is similar with the SG I guess,so just try a little bit more with your tone.Technically indeed is perfect!Good job!!
the problem with the SG is that it is a very loud guitar so i cant put any overdrive on it because it just sounds very distorted. a les paul could work a lot better since it is a more flexible guitar, it can be super distorted or super clean. but it just doesnt work with any other guitar than the stratocaster, it needs that middle and bridge pickup sound. another guitar that could work is an explorer. did you know that the studio version of streets was recorded with the explorer?
as I said before best cover on youtube its a beutiful cover and sg god bless you
