Everyone listen, it is actually possible to get to the top of the hospital without mods or noclip. Me and my friends recently found a way around the wrong way barriers, and we were able to (after a series of vert climbs and barrier bypasses) to get to the top. The very top of the hospital however is blocked by a horizontal barrier and we cant get past it.
LOL i get up there but my friend attacked me up there and then i wanna pounce him but fail.... but its not all fail i own a survivor his life is 15. screen: black and white he is the last man standing but i kill him with 25 damage pounce. LOL!
i will ruin it :D thats the Hospital Sewers map once you leave the manhole walk straight and theres the spot to backwards wall jump simply put your back against the wall aim up as far as you can and jump then in mid-air aim your cursor down about 10mm down your screen and spam click. and thats hwo you do it
IT NO LONGER WORKS UNLESS YOU DO A LOCAL SERVER AND PUT IN CONSOLE. Changelevel Sewer (a list will appear of 2 different sewer maps) click the 1 that doesnt have the word Vs in it. ty GN.

@modeadsex123 you need "sv_cheats 1" pasted at the top of the usersettings for "noclip" and other things like that to even work, or else "sv_cheats" will be automatically set to "0" and "noclip" would do absolutely nothing. trust me, I've created several usersettings for L4D1 and L4D2 on the XBox. and yes, you can vert-jump to building, just as you're saying, but you can't get that far up that building with vert-jumps. hence why he didn't show himself going up the building, he cut of the clip.
@therickyhorrorshow Are you really that stupid? It's easy to get up there. My friends and I. Will go there every once in a while see if we can deadstop hunters off of the top.
@modeadsex123 Yes, you can vert-jump up the building, any good player knows that. but how far the guy gets in the video, above the mercy sign, is impossible without noclip. stop being a fucking ignorant, retarded, copy and paste, piece of shit, waste of time, and go get some fucking knowledge and skill in the game. that's all i have left to say to you. fuck off and have a nice day.

all i do is go to the back corner where they arre turn around look almost all the way up and keep doing the leap off the wall in till i get to the top il make vid if you want
