  • Thanks for all the great comments, I wish I could still do these but just before Christmas I crushed my lower spine playing with my eldest son (14). In all the 17 years that I have worked full time I have had to have my first time off due to my spine, I have been off for a Month already and my back is no better. Your comments make me happy but watching the video makes me sad, Regards Bren

  • Keep it up, thx for ur comment ;) By the way,those who think that by doing 100 reps of press-ups, they would be able to bench 120kg, r wrong! I got better at bench-press by doing handstand push-ups against the wall, i would suggest to do different varieties of press-ups, military style. This will work out ur upper body strength

  • Hi, Variation is the Key to targeting different areas, I do a rather unusual style of pressup that I have not posted on ebay, When I get around to it I will post it up, 5 Normal, 5 where I lower down then using my toes I send my whole body forward 10 inches, return to normal then lift back up, 5 normal, then 5 where I go forward again but then circle back up into the normal upright position, 5 normal and then 5 clapping hands together then my final 5 normal to finish off,

  • This is a Great routine that can be done by anyone to give an alround pressup workout, reduce or increase the numbers on your own physical capabilities.

  • Very nice video Brandon, as mentioned before, u should do it with better form, 90 degree is okay, this is a standard, but when we r talking about strength, it's much more effective doing them all the way down to the chest, u will feel it after a few reps =) You can also do those one arm press-ups as Stallone did in Rocky 6 jumping from one arm to another ^^ You've got great endurance anyway, and i think that's what you r training for.

  • lol hell, i dont know wat those guys are talking bout with chin touching the floor... that aint the proper way to do it. 1) you can damage ur arm muscles and back muscles and 2) it sucks ass. very nice m8, sadly, i can only do about 10 of 1 handed.

  • if form didn't matter, then you might as well do two arm pushups, then you could really do a lot, I'm not trying to knock your strength, you're obviously very strong, but you'll become stronger by doing fewer reps with better form, try to keep your chin up and touch with your chest, not your chin, also your elbow never really bends more than 90 degrees. and your back isn't straight, again your very strong, but this is an exercise where quality is more important than quntity
