A good action video of the World Lacrosse Championships, even though I like a wider view to appreciate all of the team movement in plays.

The US won it this time, but the Canadians are always tough. Their style of play is typically more about face paced team action, which is what I like to watch. I was disappointed that the Iroquois Nation did not compete, based upon their strength and the fact that they invented the game.

International competition constantly improves.

@laxrugbyfootball Yeah, the whole San Diego area has turned into an excellent place for lacrosse. I remember the only team around that downtown area was Prius and they were terrible. All I really know is the Avocado league (not sure if it's still called that) has some of the best competition in the area. SoCal is run by the public schools (seems to be starting to change though) and NorCal is dominated by the private/preps from what I've heard/read.

@jbusername217 yeah. never heard of avacado. btw priuss is still there and they still suck... but cathedral is private and they are the number 2 d2 team there is. d2 is where coronado plays. the powerhouses are basically (within d2) are cathedral, mira mesa, Coronado, and saints. but coronado is trying to get out of d2 because they want more of a challenge... but yeah it is ran by public schools here. exception is bishop whos pretty decent these days. its becoming a real hotbed for lacrosse.
