At the end of this video there is an Affidavit from Attorney Eric Karp, who swears that the intent of the Parties was to make sure that Klein did not reduce his child support payments because he was an absentee father. His payments are less than the guidelines for his income level.

So the issue for the malpractice trial I am waiting on is how could Attorney Karp have left open a loophole large enough for a lying, felonious snake like Klein to slither through?

And why does Columbia accept him?

Word. I have been around media and law long enough to realize how The Game really works. Unless they decide it's newsworthy or important, it isn't. I had a well-respected black journo from Medill and now Rebecca Castillo from Columbia tell me to take them off of their lists, rather than to ask me for more information, etc. Also there was a reporter who told me about his interview with Klein and wanted to do more but haven't heard back.
