  • Nice job! My pullover onto the trapeze bar is a first class mess. This was a nice set of exercises and I will try to incorpoarate them into my aerial conditioning exercises.

  • I just got my hip pullover yesterday at gym! It's not as clean as Bella-Roo's, LOL, but I'm 28! :)

  • @spinbunny lol...you're a youngster....age 51 here and I looked at this young gymnast and I thought...oh my goodness, I've got a LONG way to go. I wish I had stayed fit and flexible. I feel like I'm never going to even get the basics!

  • @Poledancefan Joel, I am ever impressed by the activities you attempt to take on! I am sure that with practice and determination we can both succeed. :)

  • Thank! This really helped!

  • great video again! do you think that it's a correct way too to do the pullover by first doing a chin up (not raise the legs) and then, when your chin is up, lift the legs up and same time drop the upper body (quite fast). some of my girls do the hanging chin up pullover that way and they can do it pretty easily and it looks pretty nice...

  • Well done.
