  • aww don't laugh at them they are trying so hard!

  • All American people shut up, you're the one who don't need to learn any other language

I will suggest you to try to speak french

Ce n'est très facile pour parler français

  • They are actually actors and actresses.this is just an official advertisement for Pekin Olympic game. Key to show the world how serious the nations treat it... I say,it's a fake video!

  • Fuck Chinese people....communist ripp off artists

  • we english dont really learn other peoples langauge. compared to all the other countries which speak english and there own. its amazing

  • Hahahaha omg i love their accents!!

  • Awesome. I like the enthusiasm they put into speech, it becomes more than just language.

I wonder if they have Mango Languages in China? Once I get more comfortable and a larger vocabulary in Russian I'm going to learn Chinese, probably Mandarin.

  • 1:24 lolz looks like hitler's speech xDDD

  • Im From England And Gotta Lotta Respect For Them Learning English.I Like Chinese There Good People

  • hahaha good spirit! keep it up! although I doubt if that kind of english can really work...

  • Whenever I laugh, the picture of me trying to say my first FAIL Chinese words come back to my mind and remind me, "If I laugh, they'll laugh at me." So I laugh, but then I remind myself, at least they did an effort :)

  • Those who do not make an effort should not be ridiculing those who do make an effort. Respect for everyone learning a foreign language!

  • 我草,李阳!!

    that bloody GIT!!!!!!!

    disgrace!!!!!!!!

  • Yeah kudos to all these people. I'm a native Canadian studying Mandarin at my university, and learning another language is damn hard... Especially a non-related language. The olympic volunteer guy was cool. I'd probably ask him questions and stop and listen just to be nice lol..

  • Hey chineses, don´t be mad at this video, at least, you´re making a huge effort to expand your knowledges, but americans. They don´t even care about their own culture, think about others!!!!

  • MIGHTY CHINESE!

  • 7 English don't like this video!!!!

  • I'm Chinese, the point is, at least the Chinese are making an effort to learn a foreign language despite of its cultural barriers and demographically, it's difficult to pick up English. Before you make any ignorant racist comments, let me reiterate this: can you even speak Chinese?

  • @FruityDC i work at a casino which is filled with chinese, i wish i could learn to speak it to help the people out that dont understand english well, but it seems sooo hard to understand

  • @FruityDC i'm just gonna say this real quick there is no such thing as Chinese as a language there is Mandarin and Cantonese and more...anyways wasn't gonna point that out i was gonna say something else just noticed you put Chinese instead of something else. I'm half Chinese from my dad's side he said i used to know it till i started going to school (i live in the U.S) anyways i try to learn it and i give props because it's hard for me. my dad and i try to help each other

  • @FruityDC i speak English and help him and he helps me with Mandarin. but yes i give props to anyone who knows Mandarin or any other language especially if they know 3 or more languages

  • i dislike Crazy English, even though I understand its cultural root.

  • i think the title should be chinese's crazy engrish

  • 李阳大忽悠呀哈哈

  • ...This doesn't even seem that bad? Except for the taxi driver.

  • I don't think you need subtitles for this video- they're great speakers

  • why do you pick only on people who are over 50 (or at least look like it)

  • LOL!! Ya gotta luv it!! LOL!! Makes you wonder if we Americans would ever go to the trouble of learning to speak another language just as these beautiful people did?

  • @Racingirl911 That's such a nice comment. I saw once a couple of US citizens yelling to a guy in Pisa, saying that it was his OBLIGATION to speak english. They weren't even able to say "grazie", that was so sad and off pisser...

  • super!!

  • this is too awsome!!!!!!

  • Awww, give them some slack, they're doing a great job! Especially considering they're older in age.

  • my God Perkiner accent...laosherrrrr teahou-rrrrr-se

  • aw thats so nice ^-^b go China!!! :)

  • I'm so glad I watch it to the end...the Official at the end as Brooklyn Cop was fantastic

  • bs ive tried learning other languages they r good to learn english lots of respect when i c it here

  • They all kinda remind me of C&C Generals...

  • "i cant stand my poor english/i want to change my life''???? thats terrible. especially cuz these two languages are so different its so hard to learn the other. and they have so much pressure on them to learn it

  • umm... isn't this dubbed? lol has anyone realised the same thing?

  • oh welcome to teahouse

  • for those who were laughing in this video !!! why don't you guys go and learn Chinese ?

English is not their first language , what's the point for this you tube topic? ridiculous

  • i love 0:51

  • It's REALLY good for a old lady. Old people tend to have a harder time learning and remembering stuff... Even at around 20 years old.. normal people can't learn chinese.

Chinese is one of the hardest languages to learn in the world, compared to English.. which has an easy alphabet.. while chinese has a million different characters.

  • @DustBunii I cant agree. While english uses a romain alphabet all the time, Chinese has developed pinyin which is Chinese with romain characters.

English is well known as one of the hardest languages to learn because of the complexity of phrasing articles and because there are close to a million words.

You could expect to find that a native english speaker and mandarin speaker starting training in the opposite language will see more progress made by the english speaker learning chinese.

  • @m133573333 Well gotta say. You are wrong. A Chinese speaker will have more progress on English learning than English speaker who is learning Chinese.

  • @lello321 Yeah, I'm sure some have, but given anyone I know who has tried (two english speakers, learning chinese and two chinese speakers learning english) the pattern is just as I've stated, considering their subjective ability.

The two chinese speakers are still marginally profecient in english even given several years study in China AND having lived in the US for about 3 years.

So I'm not wrong, maybe you know personally of four cases with the inverse outcome, but no, I'm not wrong.

  • @lello321 Agreed. And English is definitely one of the easiest languages.

  • A lot of Chinese high school students have better grammar than American students...

  • some of u,think before u write

some of u might laugh and can not stand how they speak in english..

    yeah..it might sound funny

but dont forget...most of them are trying to learn something they can't learn from school...

and they want to open their mind, learn something they dont know...

just like some of u dont learn how to respect other nation at school, would u like to learn by ur self?

save ur time to laugh at others, spell ur time to learn from each other, cocky people

    respect

    Cheers

  • it's not crazy they just didn't have opportunity to learn English

  • your know there is a word in english"have to ". chinese have to learn english when he is a little child!!

  • I cant understand chinese english

    they make the language horrible

  • is there a movie being made??? I want to watch that????!

  • They may have bad accents but at least they can speak two languages. That's a lot more than I can say for Americans.

  • @adventseph / YOU ARE RIGHT!!!!!

  • oh my god that was cool.

  • LOL.. i like the last part when the man says, "Hey, what do you want?! Forget about it! Do you understand? What's up man? Put your gun down!" LOL.

  • yes chinese English is the best in Asia

  • Forget about it! you understand? put the gun down!

  • they are cute..

  • HOLY SHIT XD

  • China is better than Japan. Japanese do not bother learning English imo. Everyone who wants to do business w them have to learn Japanese.

  • English is a matter of global competition...

  • 怎么可能您性交翻译此

  • dude no. thats gross.

  • Im so proud that my language has spread throughout the world, im learning chinese through my friend whose from central china nd yes his English is well funny but we joke about it lol ha ha

  • It shows our heart of Beijing Olymipc. Actually, I dont think any countries can do like us.

  • 1:40 - 1:51....... LOL

  • Why do they need to learn English? Tourists there should learn Chinese, man.

  • u are so right, how come chinese gotta learn tourist's language?

  • I'm sure they worked very hard to learn their english.

  • This really shocked me especially the old people in the video. I believe most Chinese people who have seen this video would be strongly encouraged in english learning, including me.

  • its a lot better than american people learning how to speak chinese

  • @3xpo Absolutely right

And moreover is really astonishing and loable the will to learn another lenguage...no matter the results

  • @3xpo Wow, just seizing a random opportunity to attack Americans. The Brits invented English, retard. Typical red crap.

  • @poolopis01 no, british people are known to master or at least try to master at least several majorly spoken languages...french, german, japanese, hindi, chinese, ect. Americans will pick an European language in highschool and then forget 80-90% after college. Other than a couple words here and there, most American tourists are helpless in non-english speaking countries. I'm chinese and 24 years old, been to japan, china, germany, UK and currently living in the U.S. for 9 years so i know.

  • @zhihao1 and how is that our faults? If there are not classes availably open for people to take then its very difficult to learn. I took Spanish for 8 years and can barely hold a conversation with a spanish speaking person, its not my fault, the schools only teach you so much.

  • LMAO!
