Since your user name is innatist, I assume you are a straight chiropractor. Does that mean you believe any illness can be treated by finding and removing subluxations of the spine so that the body can heal itself? If so, would this include diseases such as juvenile onset diabetes or brain tumors that are not directly related to the musculoskeletal system? Do you manipulate the entire spine, or just the top few vertebrate?

@workingstiff76 That is most definitely not what it means to be a "straight chiropractor". Straight chiropractors understand that the body is better off without subluxations, period. It does not matter whether you have diabetes or a brain tumor. That does NOT mean that the chiropractor is treating or curing these conditions. In fact, straight chiropractors do not treat any conditions. The chiropractor may choose to adjust the whole spine or only a certain area, but that is a matter of technique.
