I remember watching this a couple years ago.. I love the 80's so much.. At least how I saw it from now.. Everything was better.. Music.. Movies.. Pot.. Just an era we can never get back but can relive.. And I'm only 16. Fuck Justin Beiber. 80's live forever.
Lol I lived through the 80's (Im 38) and I tell you you are correct! I miss the 80s so much!! If I could go back I would,( in a De Lorean no less) and the only thing I would miss would be the internet as we have it today! Lol
@f1racerjb LOL You are 38 and you LIVED thru the 80'S??? You were a child then..what exactly did you live? Or should I say what did Mummy and Daddy let you live?
@BlogBitch Wow, really? You actually used energy and time to slam @f1racerjb for not being old enough in your opinion to have actually "lived" in the 80's? Well, at least you chose an appropriate screen name. We're all sorry that your childhood didn't include "living". As for the rest of us, whatever decade we were in elementary, jr high, and high school, included plenty of living. You really attack a dude for recalling pleasant childhood memories. Go feed your cats, save your bitter judgements.
@ChrisyJ1 I'll be 24 soon so I grew up in the 90s so that era was as close as you could get to that 80s feel for those unlucky folks like myself that couldn't experience the magic in the 80s. And yeah I got almost 10 years on you and yet you're still more in touch with the great old school than most people my age. It surely is sad man. At least we have the good memories. :)
Its strange how (William Atherton) gets half ton of marshmallow man dumped on him in Ghostbusters 1984 and his house gets snowballed by popcorn in (1985). LOL Then gets punched in face in Die Hard 1988 and then zapped with tazer in Die Hard 2 (1990).
the scene of the cast with the popcorn flying around and their facial expressions.. EPIC!!
i wish that take was 30 sec longer instead of the teacher arriving at his house..
it ruins the song for going so fast 2 the end credits.. But still a movie that takes me back 2 memory lane.. the 80's where good

When you have gained the light of all wisdom,
free shall you be to shine in the ether --
one of the Suns that light outer darkness --
one of the space-born grown into Light.

I still like Val Kilmer. Underrated Comedic Actor for sure. Wider range than most. I liked his Batman.

This is the only movie that I'd wait to watch the credits.

Beautiful way to end a movie. Overlooked classic from the 80s.
