i was thinking about getting one of these kits for a homemade buggy im building. Does it come with everything you need to hook up and go? I saw on some other comments that you need to buy a voltage regulator so you dont fry it??? I dont know much about electronics. Any help is appreciated. Also, I'm using engine from 2001 Buell Blast 500cc due to its simplicity but am not so sure about electrics! It most likely has a voltage regulator already on it that i can hook up vapor to??
those things are nice but way over priced. I would never allow myself and my asshole to be raped that badly for a gauge such as that. I hope you supplied the condoms before you let them rip your asshole apart.
@jojothedog1234 $100 is a great deal when you consider that his is basically multiple gauges in one. Go price out a set of Autometer analog gauges if you want to see overpriced gauges.
hey fella looking good, am looking at geting one of these unit's for my vfr, couple questions are these easy to install and the speedo cable it's not one that runs to the front wheel is it?
thats a suburban machinery bar its great i have one on my Sv650 u get a choice between and one inch higher rise or a lower version i got the higher one since i wanted a sporty look but all comfort
i think the kit now comes with it but if you order the "raptor tack wire it should have the resistor already in line from the factory " i think it goes for like $15
At last a video of the Vapor on a bike that is doing more than just reving in a garage, Ive wanted to see what one looks like in action on a moving bike, thnx. PS how did u fix jumpy tacho?
is this in mph ?

Since the poster hasnt replied, you need to use a shielded wire otherwise it will jump all over the place.

God, I miss the sound of my SV. The Vapor looks really sweet. I'm glad you got it working correctly.
