I thought just that, but see this for the good side, they kept the movie as it came in Italy, not censorship or anything.
So at least be grateful that not censored as in the case of Anime and Manga.

What a dreadful trailer - it has no real relation to the actual story narrative at all! Shame on the American trailer trash!
